On the contrary, we actually *have to* complete all requirements-based testing prior to starting TIA.
As noted in last nights post, we've already started the for-credit requirements-based testing. For that code the requires code coverage tasks to be complete, we can't start that for-credit testing until the coverage is done. And yes, tests are considered "written" until they exist and have been dry run and independently reviewed.
