Subject: Flight Plan-adding approaches

I start from my home apt to list several local apts that have several approaches.
When I insert the airport into the flight plan and then try to get the list of approaches -nothing!!I have tried every trick but nothing works-click on PROC-nothing-talked to tech in MLB-no help-they will get back to me. Followed the pilot guide to the letter-nothing works.
