All of the 430 connectors are identical in size, placement and function as the top connectors on a 530 and same is true for 440/540s. In fact, I have two 530 trays in my test airplane and regularly slide 540s, 440s, and 430s into those slots. When I place a 430 or 440 in the trays, I use a handmade spacer plate for the bottom half of the tray.

The extra connector/pins that a 530/540 have over the 430/440 are a few extra serial ports and the TAWS I/O.
As David notes, presuming your panel has the space, that is a very easy and quick job for an avionics shop.
