No, there are no updates to the manual required - at least none that we've gotten so, and we don't expect there to be.
The guys who reviewed the user books completed their review weeks ago and had no issues.
The typo errors (and they weren't even errors in my opinion) are all in the software documentation that never sees the light of day from a user's perspective. They are all in the DO-178 supporting docs that are part of the TSO submission package.
