Well, I have a picture of an example on my desktop, but I can't figure out how to upload it here.
When the sim starts, create waypoints KMIT, KDLO, and KPTV. Add the GPS approach at DLO with the STEBN transition and the VOR approach to PTV with the TTE transition (using the PROC key to add the procedures). Then try to add a waypoint between the end of the missed from DLO and the beginning of the approach into PTV. It only gives me PTV approach options.
