Well no one can know for sure. But, from what I've read here, and with the draft docs due out in a week or so, in my view "this time next year" is a way long estimate.
My guess is Spring for a new 540 in my stack, with volume general availability shipping this Summer. That opinion, plus a $1, will buy you a coffee.
